Refund Policy for Clarioz

Return Period 
We provide a 7-day return window starting from the date of your order receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges after this period.

Faulty or Incorrect Products 
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately. Returns for these issues are accepted within 7 days of receipt, and faulty or incorrect products will be exchanged or refunded in full.

Return Guidelines 
- Initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide the Order ID or the phone number used at the time of order placement for any exchange or refund.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returned products.
- Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. Any undisclosed defects or damages will result in refusal of the exchange or refund.
- Complete a return form available via our WhatsApp Helpline before returning any product(s).

Processing of Requests 
Upon receiving the returned product and inspection, please allow 2-4 working days for your refund or exchange request to be processed. Refunds are processed exclusively through Bank Transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa. For exchanges, please email us at info@clarioz.com.

Custom Orders and Non-Returnable Items 
Custom orders are exempt from our standard return policy, except in cases of manufacturing errors on our part. Products used or over one month old from the date of purchase are not eligible for return.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable) 
If your refund is delayed, check your bank account statement and contact your bank. If the issue persists, reach out to us at info@clarioz.com.

Valid Reasons to Return 
1. Delivered product is damaged or defective.
2. Delivered product is incomplete.
3. Delivered product is incorrect.

Conditions for Returns 
1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws.
2. Include original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice, and accessories.
3. Return the product in the original undamaged manufacturer's packaging/box. Do not use tape or stickers directly on the packaging.
